Once the package is dropped off to local carrier, you will receive an email notification. Please check your "SPAM" folder before emailing us requesting an update. If you haven't received a shipping notification for your order after 5 days, please contact us via jmarimodesty@gmail.com. We take 2-3 days to process your order, but we might take longer during busy periods. All orders are dropped off to local carrier by Friday 5pm EST. Customers typically receive packages within 5-10 business days. Your local shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control. We understand that having a package stolen or lost can be upsetting, unfortunately Jmarimodesty cannot be held responsible once it is dropped off to carrier.
Please ensure your address is correct when placing an order. If tracking shows they attempted delivery, you must first call the carrier and provide either another secure address, or inform them that you will pick up the parcel at the closest post office to your delivery address. If your package is lost or stolen in transit, which is very unusual, this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you should reach out to them directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery has been made.
We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Please place order accordingly so your items can arrive on time. All orders are shipped from the US.
